MLB Extra BasesTM Rewards Program Rules
- General. This document contains the terms and conditions of the MLB Extra Bases Rewards Credit Card Program (the "Card Program") and includes information describing eligibility for participation, how to earn MLB Extra Bases Reward points ("Points"), how to redeem Points for experiences, tickets, memorabilia, and/or merchandise related to MLB and/or cash and/or travel rewards ("Rewards"), and their conditions and limitations (the "Card Program Rules"). Please read the Card Program Rules carefully. Any use of your MLB Extra Bases Rewards credit card account (the "Card") will constitute your acknowledgement of, and agreement with, each of the terms described below and the terms of the Credit Card Agreement, including its provisions regarding the use of arbitration to resolve Claims (as defined in the Credit Card Agreement) as well as these Card Program Rules. The Card Program Rules are not part of the Credit Card Agreement.
- Program Administration. The Card is issued and administered by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. who manages the Card Program, including the redemption of Points. MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM") manages the fulfillment of MLB-related Rewards only upon instructions from FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., or other FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. designee. MLBAM does not manage Point redemptions directly. Accordingly, questions regarding the administration of the Card Program and Point redemption should be directed to FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. at the web address and/or phone number listed below at the end of the Section entitled "Questions; Disputes."
- Eligibility. To participate in the Card Program, the Card must be open and have active charging privileges. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, foundations, and other entities or organizations may not participate in the Card Program. To participate in the Card Program, the Cardholder must be at least 18 years of age and either a United States citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S., or at least 21 years of age and a permanent resident of Puerto Rico. Each cardholder, joint cardholder, and authorized user(s), if any, (referred to as "Cardholder(s)," "Participant(s)," "you," or "your"), with a Card may earn and use Points. FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from participation in the Card Program and/or from claiming Card Program benefits, if, in the sole judgment of FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., any cardholder has violated applicable laws or regulations, fails to comply with Card Program Rules, including any revisions or amendments thereof, or if his or her actions constitute fraud. Disqualification may result in termination of a Cardholder's participation in the Card Program, termination of the participation of other persons with the same account, and/or loss of Points prior to their redemption. If your participation in the Card Program ends and you are otherwise credit eligible, FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. may, at its discretion, issue a replacement credit card account to you. A replacement credit card account will not provide you with access to Card Program features, including Points associated with use of the Card.
- Earning Points. Each Cardholder is eligible to earn Points based upon authorized eligible transactions made using an MLB Extra Bases Rewards Platinum Plus® or Preferred credit card issued by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. Cardholders may earn one (1) Point for every one U.S. Dollar ($1.00) in eligible new net retail purchase transactions (purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) charged to the Card during each periodic billing cycle ("Billing Cycle") by the Cardholder ("Net Purchases"). Fractions of dollars shall be rounded to the nearest whole dollar. New Cardholders are eligible to earn points as of the date FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. mails the Card and the Credit Card Agreement to you. The earnings rate may change from time to time.
- Unauthorized Transactions. Unauthorized and/or ineligible transactions do not earn Points. Unauthorized transactions include, but are not limited to, transactions made with a lost, stolen, canceled, or fraudulent credit card. Returns, or other transactions subject to credit or adjustment; balance transfers, bank cash advances, direct deposit cash advances, credit card cash advance check transactions, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) withdrawals; credit insurance, credit protection, or debt cancellation charges; finance charges; late, over-the-limit, returned check, cash advance, and similar transaction fee charges; purchases of money orders, person-to-person money transfers, wire transfers, bets, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, and other similar transactions are ineligible transactions. All transactions made with the Card are subject to authorization and/or verification by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.
- Earnings Statements; Expiration of Points. The periodic billing cycle statement (the "Statement") sent to you by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. will report the number of Points earned during each Billing Cycle and the cumulative number of Points available, which is the sum of all unexpired earned Points minus any previously redeemed Points. Points are not eligible for use until they have appeared on a Statement. Points have no intrinsic cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for any benefit except currently available Rewards. Points are not property of any Cardholder or other person and may not be brokered, bartered, attached, pledged, gifted, sold, or transferred under any circumstances, including, but not limited to: disability, death, upon operation of law, or in connection with any domestic relations dispute and/or legal proceeding. Neither FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., nor any of the MLB Entities (defined below) will have any liability for disagreements between or among Cardholders regarding Points. Your Points may not be combined with anyone else's Points and Points cannot be transferred between any credit card accounts issued by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. Points cannot be used to pay off or pay down any credit card balance. Subject to your credit line, there is no limit to the number of Points you may earn while participating in the Card Program. Points accumulate for a maximum of sixty (60) Billing Cycles and then expire. For example, at the end of the sixty-first (61st) Billing Cycle, Points earned during the first Billing Cycle will expire and Points earned during the sixty-first Billing Cycle will accumulate. If you are an FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. Cardholder and your credit card account is converted to the Card Program, you are eligible to earn Points as of the first day of the Billing Cycle beginning after you receive your new Card(s).
- Questions; Disputes. Questions or disputes concerning Points will be resolved in accordance with the Card Program Rules in effect when the relevant purchase transaction is posted to your Card. All discrepancies regarding Points must be brought to the attention of FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. within six (6) months from the posting date of the transaction for which the adjustment is sought. Such discrepancies are not the same as billing disputes and separate resolution requirements are applicable to them. Refer to your Statement for details about billing disputes. If a transaction is subject to a billing dispute, the Points value of the transaction will be deducted from the Points total during the dispute period. If the transaction is reinstated, the Points will be reinstated. Questions regarding the accrual of Points and the reporting of earned Points will be resolved by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. Contact FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. by calling the toll-free telephone number on the back of your credit card. Questions regarding Points redemption will be resolved by calling FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. at 1-877-494-7755.
- Redeeming Points. Points can only be redeemed for rewards that are listed in the specified club's catalog after cardholder authentication. Points can be redeemed by calling FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. at 1-877-494-7755. MLBAM cannot redeem Points without instruction from FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. Currently rewards include certain MLB merchandise, MLB memorabilia, MLB tickets and MLB-related experiences. In addition, Points can be redeemed for cash and/or travel rewards (see section 8a through 8h). A list of all current Rewards is available by visiting www.MLBExtraBases.com and clicking on the Extra Bases Rewards Program link or by calling FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. at 1-877-494-7755. Unless otherwise noted, Cardholders will be responsible for all travel to and from each experience. Participants should keep a copy of all items submitted in connection with each Points claim. Illegible or incomplete Points claims will not be accepted. All Points are subject to final verification by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. whose decisions are final. All redemptions are final and will be debited from your accumulated Points immediately upon redemption. All Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed from time to time. Neither FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., nor any of the MLB Entities are responsible for defective, lost or incomplete items, mishaps, injuries or other damages, or Cardholder dissatisfaction of any products ordered or MLB-related experiences. Any unexpired accumulated Points that are not redeemed by you will be carried forward to the next month's Points total. Any Points remaining unused upon expiration or account termination will be forfeited. Requests to redeem Points may be made by the primary cardholder, joint cardholder and/or the authorized user(s) of the Card, if any. Decisions made by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. regarding Points redemption shall be final. Neither FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. nor any of the MLB Entities shall have any liability for fulfilling Reward requests in good faith in response to any person claiming authority to act on your behalf. All Rewards will be shipped to the Card billing address. For purposes of these terms, he "MLB Entities" shall mean MLBAM, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets,.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities.
- Cash Rewards
Redeem Points for a variety of Cash Rewards either at www.MLBExtrasBases.com or by telephoning FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. A Cash Reward shall be issued in the form of a check for a pre-determined U.S. dollar sum. Cash Reward checks are not issued automatically; checks will be issued only upon request of the Cardholder. The check will be made payable to the one (1) individual designated by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. as the Primary Cardholder, i.e., the check will not be made payable to either a joint cardholder or an authorized user(s), if any. Each check is mailed to the Primary Cardholder's billing address via first-class U.S. mail within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of the request. Requests for multiple checks are processed and mailed separately. Each check will be valid for ninety (90) days from its date of issue. The expiration date will appear on the check. A check that is not presented for payment before the expiration date will be void and the Cash Reward will then be awarded as a statement credit posting to your Card within two Billing Cycles following the expiration date. If your Card is closed before a check is drawn, or a statement credit appears, then the Cash Reward will be forfeited (except if your Card has been reported as lost or stolen, subject to verification). Receipt of a Cash Reward check or the appearance of a statement credit does not affect your responsibility to pay your Total Minimum Payment shown on each Statement you receive from FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. There is no yearly limit to the number of checks you may receive.
Currently available rewards and their respective Point requirements are:
2,500 Points = $12.50 Cash Reward
5,000 Points = $25 Cash Reward
7,500 Points = $37.50 Cash Reward
10,000 Points = $80 Cash Reward
15,000 Points = $120 Cash Reward
20,000 Points = $160 Cash Reward
25,000 Points = $250 Cash Reward
35,000 Points = $350 Cash Reward
- Travel Rewards
We describe all Travel Rewards both in terms of the number of Points required and a corresponding maximum dollar value ("MDV"). If the dollar cost of an Air Reward exceeds the MDV, you must pay the difference between the cost and the MDV in order to obtain the Reward. You may either charge the difference to your Card and earn Points for the transaction or you may redeem additional Points in increments of 5,000 (equivalent to an MDV of $50) to cover the difference in the cost.
If the Air Reward you wish to obtain conforms to our specified booking terms it is considered a Basic Air reward. If the Reward does not conform to the terms, then it will be considered a FlexAir reward and you will be required to pay a processing fee and make additional payment to cover the cost in excess of the MDV of the Basic Air reward. You may either charge the difference to your Card and earn Points for the transaction or you may redeem Points in increments of 5,000 (equivalent to an MDV of $50), to cover the difference in the cost. Under either circumstance, your Card will be charged a processing fee (currently $40) for each transaction involving a request for a FlexAir reward. See below for details.
- Basic Air Rewards
The number of Points and corresponding MDV required for coach class Basic Air Rewards are: within the 48 continental states of the U.S.: 25,000/$400; from the 48 states to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico: 35,000/$600; from the 48 states to Alaska, Hawaii, the Bahamas, Bermuda or the Caribbean; 45,000/$600; from the 48 states to Europe: 60,000/$800; and from the 48 states to Central or South America, Asia, Africa, or the South Pacific: 85,000/$1,150. The number of Points and corresponding MDV required for first- or business-class Air Rewards from the 48 states to any location listed above, are: 100,000/$1,500; 135,000/$2,000; 200,000/$3,000; 265,000/$4,000; and 335,000/$5,000. References to the 48 states include travel to and from the District of Columbia. MDV includes all taxes and destination fees except the September 11th Security Fee and any airline-imposed surcharges, including, but not limited to fuel related surcharges and/or additional security fees deemed necessary by the individual carrier. Round-trip ticketing must be made through the redemption center on the same U.S. carrier, approved by the Airline Reporting Corporation. Unless redeeming Points for first- or business-class travel, the ticket will be coach class and the lowest fare available through the travel provider at the time of booking.
Reservations and ticketing require at least 21 days' advance notice and must include a Saturday night stay. Most international travel: stay at least 7 but no more than 30 days. Check requirements when booking. Stopovers of more than 4 hours are not permitted and there is no limit on connections. Actual travel dates/times are subject to availability of coach-,business-, or first-class airfare, as applicable. Air Rewards are not refundable. Miscellaneous costs, including, but not limited to, excess baggage, gratuities, insurance, and airline amenities, are your responsibility.
- Flex Air Rewards
If the Air Reward you wish to obtain does not conform to the Basic Air reward terms described above (e.g., less than 21 days advance notice, no Saturday night stay, stopping in multiple cities, selecting a specific airline, an international stay lasting less than 7 or longer than 30 days, or similar special requests), the reward will be considered a FlexAir reward. Point redemption levels for FlexAir rewards are the same as those of the Basic Air rewards, however the MDV is different for each. The number of Points and corresponding MDV required for FlexAir rewards are: Within the 48 continental states of the U.S.: 25,000/$250; to Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico: 35,000/$350; to Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean, the Bahamas or Bermuda: 45,000/$450; to Europe: 60,000/$600; to Central or South America, Asia, Africa, or the South Pacific: 85,000/$850: each of the respective Points and MDV requirements also apply should the FlexAir itinerary originate from AK, HI, or from any of the international locations and terminate at a destination within the 48 states. References to the 48 states include travel to and from the District of Columbia. If the cost of the FlexAir reward exceeds the MDV, then you may redeem Points in increments of 5,000/$50, to cover the cost of the ticket or pay the difference using your Card. For example, if the cost of the FlexAir reward within the continental U.S. is $340, and you have 35,000 Points available to redeem, you may use 25,000 Points plus one (1) 5,000/$50 credit and charge the remaining $40 to your Card, or you may use 25,000 Points plus two (2) 5,000/$50 credits. In the case of the latter, your account will not receive credit of any kind (e.g., monetary credit or Points) for unused Points. Points are redeemable only in increments of 5,000 and cannot be used to pay the FlexAir reward-processing fee. MDV includes all taxes and destination fees except the September 11th Security Fee, the FlexAir reward processing fee, and any airline-imposed surcharges, including, but not limited to fuel related surcharges and/or additional security fees deemed necessary by the individual carrier.
- Car Rental Rewards
Rent any size vehicle for any number of days with pickup and return to the same rental location within the U.S., using Points and in some instances, Points in combination with the use of the Card. 5,000 Points = $50 MDV.
For every 5,000 Points you use to obtain an eligible car rental, you will receive a $50 credit toward the cost of the rental of any available vehicle. Redeem as many $50 credits as you choose toward your car rental arrangements. For example, if the cost of the car rental is $140 and you have 15,000 Points available to redeem, you may use two (2) $50 credits and charge the remaining $40 to your Card, or you may use three (3) $50 credits. In the case of the latter, your account will not receive credit of any kind (e.g., monetary credit or Points) for unused Points. Points are redeemable only in increments of 5,000. Advance reservations of at least 7 days are required and all travel arrangements are subject to availability. Miscellaneous costs are your responsibility.
You must meet credit, age, and driver requirements in effect at the time and place of rental. We process a credit transaction to your Card within five business days after you make your reservation. The credit will equal the MDV of the Points you have used to obtain the rental, or the actual cost of the Reward, whichever is less. Present your Card upon arrival and when returning the vehicle. When you return the vehicle a debit transaction equal to the dollar value of the complete rental cost will be charged to the Card by the rental agent. Costs not covered by the Reward (e.g., optional charges, including but not limited to refueling, optional/supplementary liability insurance, personal effects coverage and loss damage waiver, drop-off charges, late-return fee, additional driver fee, and/or excess mileage fees, or you upgrade the vehicle category) will be included in the debit transaction and are your responsibility: you earn Points for additional costs charged to the Card. If you do not use the Reward, the credit adjustment remains but Points used to obtain the Reward are not reinstated.
- Hotel Rewards
Hotel Rewards are available at participating properties in the U.S. Use your Points, and in some instances, Points in combination with the use of the Card to obtain accommodations. 5,000 Points = $50 MDV. For every 5,000 Points you use toward the cost of the hotel accommodations, you will receive a $50 credit toward the cost of your room arrangements. Redeem as many $50 credits as you choose toward your hotel stay. For example, if the room rate is $225 and you have 25,000 Points available to redeem, you may use four (4) $50 credits and charge the remaining $25 to your Card, or you may use five (5) $50 credits. In the case of the latter, your account will not receive credit of any kind (e.g., monetary credit or Points) for unused Points. Points are redeemable only in increments of 5,000. Advance reservations of at least 7 days are required and all accommodations are subject to availability. No minimum stay requirement.
We process a credit transaction to your Card within five business days after you make your reservation. The credit will equal the MDV of the Points you have used to obtain the accommodations, or the actual cost of the Reward, whichever is less. Present your Card upon arrival and when you checkout. When you checkout, a debit transaction equal to the total dollar value of your room bill will be charged to the Card by the hotel. Costs not covered by the Reward (e.g., personal charges, food and beverages, additional person(s), and other optional and incidental expenses, or you upgrade the room category) will be included in the debit transaction and are your responsibility: you earn Points for additional costs charged to the Card. If you do not use the Reward, the credit adjustment remains but Points used to obtain the Reward are not reinstated.
- Cruise-Related Rewards
You may redeem Points and save on the cost of cabin accommodations or shipboard expenses. All reservations and payments related to Cruise Rewards must be made through the redemption center. For every 25,000 Points you redeem, you will receive a $250 discount on the cost of your shipboard cabin accommodations. 25,000 Points =$250 MDV. For every $100 of shipboard credit you request, you must redeem 10,000 Points. 10,000 Points = $100 MDV.
Discount and shipboard credit rewards may not be available on all cruise lines, check at the time of reservation. Cruise-related Rewards may not be used retroactively or to pay the cost of cruise deposits. The cruise discount will not be effective until you have tendered final payment for the travel arrangements. The appropriate number of Points you wish to redeem will be deducted from your total Points earnings when you authorize the billing of the deposit for the reservation to your Card. The amount of the discount may not exceed the total cost of your cruise arrangements.
Miscellaneous charges, including, but not limited to beverages and meals; port charges; taxis and other ground transportation; items of a personal nature (e.g., laundry, dry cleaning, telephone, telefax, internet fees, photographs, medical services, spa services, etc.); excess baggage charges; gratuities; insurance and any other carrier amenities are not eligible for direct offset with the use of cruise-related Rewards, unless such charges are included in the cost of the travel arrangements as quoted by the cruise line operator, or, if such charges are to be paid through use of your shipboard credit portfolio.
There are no exchanges or refunds for no-shows or unused portions of travel arrangements obtained with the use of cruise-related Rewards. If you cancel your travel plans and cancellation fees are assessed, those fees shall be payable with your Card. Cruise-related Rewards cannot be used to pay any portion of cancellation fees. Once a deposit has been paid, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee. If the cruise operator cancels the cruise you have booked, then all or part of the Points used in connection with the booking may be reinstated to your Points earnings at your request. Points which have been reinstated under these circumstances will expire in accordance with the terms of the Card Program.
- Special Travel Rewards
From time to time, Cardholders may receive opportunities to use their Points for select travel rewards: these rewards may include, but are not limited to cruise and vacation package arrangements. These offers shall be subject to special terms and conditions, which will be disclosed when the rewards are advertised. Special terms may include the cruise line and/or vacation supplier's cancellation and refund policies. We will determine the specific Point redemption level based on the value of each reward.
- Program Changes; Termination. FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. may, at any time, without prior notice, (a) change, limit or terminate any aspect of the Card Program; (b) terminate the Card Program in its entirety; (c) amend the Card Program Rules, benefits, or features, in whole or in part; (d) discontinue or replace any Reward with a similar one of lesser, equal, or greater value; (e) modify, delete, or terminate any or all participating partners (if any), Rewards, benefits, or special offers, if applicable; or (f) terminate a Cardholder's participation in the Card Program for any reason. Changes may affect outstanding transactions and Points, and may include, but are not limited to, the earnings rate for Points, the number of Points required to redeem Points, the number of Points required for any Reward, the type of transactions qualifying for Points, the type or value of Rewards, the expiration date of Points, and the maximum number of Points that may be earned per month or year, or otherwise, if applicable. Any of the foregoing actions may be taken even if such actions affect the value of Points already earned.
- Miscellaneous.
- Closed Cards. If a Cardholder voluntarily closes the Card or FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. closes the Card, all unused Points are immediately and irrevocably forfeited.
- Denial of Benefits; Limitation of Liability. If a Cardholder is denied a benefit of the Card Program for which it is determined he or she is entitled, any liability of the Program Providers (as defined in Section 10(d) below) shall be limited, in the aggregate, to the Cardholder's earned portion of that benefit. IN NO EVENT WILL THE MLB ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Neither FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., nor any of the MLB Entities are responsible for any correspondence or Rewards lost or delayed in the mail or transmission.
- Errors, omissions, interruptions, etc. Neither FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., nor any of the MLB Entities assume any responsibility for late, lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected Points claims or other communications, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, dissatisfaction of MLB-related experiences or products, or alteration of Points received and redeemed or in connection with any other Card Program activities. Neither FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., nor any of the MLB Entities are responsible for, and hereby disclaim any liability for, any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines; computer online systems; servers, or provider; computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or enrollment or other communication to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Card Program.
- By obtaining a Card, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., and the MLB Entities, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, managers, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Program Providers") from and against any and all liability for loss, claim, injury, expense, or damages arising out of or in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any Reward available through the Card Program.
- You are responsible for all income and other tax liability arising from participation in the Card Program or the receipt of benefits under the Card Program. Consult your tax advisor concerning tax consequences. The Card Program is subject to government approval and is void where prohibited by law. All aspects of the Card Program are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to the Delaware choice of law provisions.
- The MLB Entities (i) are not responsible for the issuance of Cards, computation or allocation of Points or the administration of the Card Program; (ii) make no representations or warranties whatsoever, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability regarding the Card Program and the Rewards and all such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed; and (iii) will not be liable for any injury, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising out of or in connection with (A) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any establishments, manufacturers or suppliers offering products and/or services as Rewards; (B) any defect in or failure of any service or product offered as a Reward or in the delivery thereof; (C) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under the direct control of the MLB Entities; or (D) by any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of the MLB Entities. By obtaining an MLB Extra Bases Rewards credit card, each Cardholder releases, discharges and holds the MLB Entities harmless from and against any and all claims that Cardholder may have in connection with issuance or administration of the Card, billing or other matters related to the Card or the Card Program, including without limitation, claims relating to Points (including without limitation, calculation, expiration and redemption of Points), claims relating to Rewards (including without limitation, availability and accuracy of description), claims relating to loss, expense or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of or participation in any Reward available through the Card Program, and all claims for product liability, personal injury (including death), and/or property damage (all collectively, "Claims"). Each Cardholder and authorized user agrees to defend and indemnify the MLB Entities if: (i) any other Cardholder or authorized user asserts a Claim against any member of the MLB Entities with respect to the Card Program (including without limitation relating to redemption of Points) or (ii) any third party asserts any Claim against any of the MLB Entities relating to the Cardholder's possession of, use of, or participation in any Reward. All Rewards are subject to availability and other terms and conditions in the Rewards catalogue, which are incorporated herein by reference. Any Rewards that involve tickets to any Major League Baseball game or event are subject to all standard terms and conditions of Major League Baseball tickets, including without limitation terms and conditions on ticket backs and in fan guides.
- The Card is issued and the Card Program is administered by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., which is not an affiliate of the MLB Entities. Evaluation of each applicant's eligibility for a credit card is determined by FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.
- Tickets redeemed may not be offered for any public sale, either through an online resale outlet or an offline ticket reseller.
